Don't be silly. China is virtuous. The evil US is responsible for everything bad that's ever happened, and is responsible for 200% of all world pollution, so we need to give tinpot dictators like Robert Mugabe money in the form of "carbon credits". A bunch of Euro-trash and the incorrupt United Nations says so, and the U.S. should do anything that a swarm of tinpot dictators and failed socialists flying in formation says.
Hell, we should probably give poor, undeveloped China money for carbon credits too.
