20:50 - These people, they know from pizza
|

I may pine for a good mission-style burrito, and of course there's no In-N-Out and limited sources of sourdough. But one thing I won't go lacking for around here is pizza.
Brick oven, thin crackery crust, mozzarella that stays white when baked, pepperoni that turns into little cups, thin musky mushrooms, jalapeņo slices, and big wads of creamy ricotta that slide around envelop the peppers and slide off the folded-in-half slice onto your hand.
Plus an infectiously bubbly and mischievous waitress who puts you in a good enough mood throughout the meal that you find yourself ordering dessert afterwards.
There's things I could definitely get used to around here. There's things.
